Same line, two stations
A regular round trip costs R$10.80, under a third of the Expresso's R$35. The Expresso buys you a reserved, half-full train.1

Choose by gate
From Cidade Dutra, gates G and the Fanzone are about 700 m away (10 min), while Gate A is 2.2 km (30 min). Your gate is printed on your ticket and in the confirmation email.1,2
Time it around the crowd
The organizer expects the heaviest gate crowds from 8:00 to 10:00 on the way in and from 16:00 to 17:00 on the way out, easing after 19:00.1
Save the right station
The Expresso return also leaves from Cidade Dutra; regular trains leave from Autódromo. Mixing them up means a long walk at the busiest hour.1
