How it works
Straight answers
Where does the plan come from? The organizer’s FAQ, rideshare, parking and food pages, plus 88 sourced places and race-week events. Each line links its source and the date we checked it.
How are days filled? Race days get your gate, route and an evening pick near your hotel. Other days get morning, afternoon and evening picks chosen by your hotel area first, then your interests, with no repeats. Saved places go in first.
Leave times? The 2027 session schedule is not published yet. Until it is, the plan shows last year's gate and shuttle times, labeled as 2026. Other times are suggestions for your calendar, not opening hours.
