Quick answer
No children under 5; Heineken Village is 18+. Your gate is on your ticket. Food and drink are paid only with the prepaid cashless card. Banned items are in the Eventim ticket terms.1

Your gate
The gate for each sector is printed on your ticket and in the purchase confirmation email.1
Paying for food and drink
Food and drink can only be bought with the event's prepaid cashless card, which is valid only for the three event days.1
Banned items
The promoter does not list banned items on its own site; it points to the ticket terms and conditions on Eventim (eventim.com.br/f1termos). Read them before you pack.1
Lost something at the event? Send a photo or description to the promoter's help channel; if it is found, they return it.1
