Transit
Las Vegas Monorail
- Runs nonstop 24/7 from 7am Tuesday Nov 17 to 3am Monday Nov 23, 2026.1
- Three stations are inside the race area: Harrah's/The LINQ, Flamingo/Caesars Palace and Horseshoe/Paris. From outside, ride southbound from SAHARA, Westgate or Boingo Station (Convention Center), or northbound from MGM Grand.3
- The monorail says trains arrive every four to eight minutes. It is elevated, so it keeps running over the track.3
- Advance tickets are discounted at tix.lvmonorail.com. Las Vegas locals can buy $1 single rides at station booths (not Boingo Station), 11am–11pm, Nov 19–21.1
- The monorail does not go to the airport: its stations run from SAHARA to MGM Grand.3
Rideshare and driving
Use the designated point closest to your zone. Paddock Club, Wynn Grid Club and Garage guests get their own shuttles; nobody else does.1
| Point | walk km | walk mi |
|---|---|---|
| Tuscany | 1.1 km | 0.7 mi |
| Hughes Center | 1.5 km | 0.9 mi |
| Virgin Hotels | 1.7 km | 1.1 mi |
| Park MGM | 2.0 km | 1.2 mi |
Parking is not sold through the event and will be limited around and inside the circuit. If you drive, expect traffic shifts and delays.1
Saturday night
Leaving after the race
- The race starts at 8pm Saturday and gates close at 11pm.1,2
- Track roads stay closed to cars after the race. The 2026 reopen time is unconfirmed; see road closures.1
- The monorail keeps running all night, until 3am Monday.1
- For a ride, walk to Virgin Hotels, the Hughes Center, Tuscany or Park MGM rather than hailing at the gate.1
- The organizer suggests allowing extra time for travel all week because of closures. Flights out early Sunday are tight; Sunday afternoon is safer.1
From the airport
Harry Reid International Airport is 9.8 km (6.1 mi) by road from Grand Prix Plaza without race traffic. Use a taxi, rideshare or your hotel's transfer, and arrive before the race-day road closures if you can (their 2026 times are unconfirmed).1,5
