Las Vegas 2026 · Tickets and scams

Buying tickets safely and avoiding scams

Las Vegas tickets are mobile only, cannot be refunded, and move between fans through Ticketmaster. Anything outside that path deserves a second look.1

Nov 19–21, 2026 · race Saturday 8pm PTLas Vegas Strip Circuit

Quick answer

Buy from Formula1.com, the promoter or its agents. Transfers go through Ticketmaster in the F1 Las Vegas app; there are no refunds and no will-call.2

Tickets

How genuine tickets work

  • Formula 1 says genuine tickets come from Formula1.com, the race promoter or its appointed agents.2
  • Tickets are managed in Ticketmaster Account Manager inside the F1 Las Vegas app. A transfer only completes when the recipient accepts it.1
  • There is no will-call, and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.1
  • Box offices near each main gate sell tickets on site from 2pm, Thu–Sat.1

Scams

Red flags

  • Unsolicited emails, texts or social messages, and steep discounts.2
  • Pressure about "last remaining tickets".2
  • Being moved to WhatsApp or social DMs and asked to pay by bank transfer instead of a secure checkout.2
  • Gmail or Outlook addresses, spelling mistakes, or letters claiming FIA endorsement (the FIA does not sell tickets).2
  • Copycat ticket and merchandise sites with empty reviews, or ads that send you somewhere other than the deal shown. Local TV in Las Vegas has reported on these.3

At the circuit

  • Scalping is not permitted inside the circuit. Report it to staff, security or a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer.1
  • To report a problem, text LVGP plus your message and location to 69050. For a lost child, text FAST plus your message to the same number.1
  • In an emergency call 911 and say you are at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, with your zone or street.1
